"Rogues" are sites that don't have many links.  On the "old" web, they might have performed well with search engines based only on web site title, keywords, meta-tags, and site description.

Not any more.  Now incoming links are important.  You have to be a satellite.

With next generation search engines, incoming links aren't going to be good enough.
