You must have a links page clearly identified as part of your main navigation menu must prominently link to us from that page.

Some will call it a resources page, or a local links page.  Truthfully, we prefer  the term "Links" because this is what web visitors look for when they get done visiting the rest of your site. 

If you are link farming, there is too much navigation, your links page is confusing, or you display so many links that display of our link is not prominent, we will not award the red star.  We do not give the red star for links from an awards page.
