This is for web sites that promote an individual Realtor and includes their first and last name (displayed prominently) on most pages of the web site.

Additional requirement:  To earn it, you must also earn either the silver, gold, red, orange, or blue star. The "white center" star is not awarded by itself.

Our Realtor Directory was designed to promote Realtors, but some anonymous sites and company sites have slipped in over the years.  The owner of that site has stated they are a member of the NAR.  However, these sites will eventually be eliminated so that we only have Realtor sites in the directory - which means that the sites promote an individual Realtor by name.

We do allow teams to earn this star, but the primary members must be named on most pages of the web site.
