USA Realtor Directory Registration

Step One:  Meeting the Minimum Requirements (revised April 15, 2002)

You must be a member of the National Association of Realtors.

You must have a multi-page informative web site.

Your web site must be located on a unique domain (http://www.yoursite.com), not an alias domain (http://yoursite.otherweb.com) or sublevel domain (http://www.otherweb.com/yoursite/).

If you have a unique domain name, it cannot simply forward to an alias domain or a sublevel domain (as described above).

Your web site must have a home or main page identified in its general navigation menu.

The home/main page must have a navigation menu, a Realtor's name (or team name), your coverage area (community/area and state), and some contact information.

For teams, the primary members of the team must be identified (by name) on some page of the site.  Our directory will use the team members' names (up to two).

Your web site must have an email address displayed on either the home/main page or a contact page.  Email forms alone are not acceptable.

Your web site must not make it impossible for web visitors to use their web browser's "back" button (bad web etiquette).

Your web site must have a "links" page identified in its primary navigation menu (we allow flexibility in what you call the links page).

If you meet all the above criteria, move on to Step Two.

If you have an agent site but are not an NAR member, apply for the "Agents" section of the Top 100.

If you have an anonymous site or an office site, apply for the "General" secton of the Top 100.
