Step Three:  "Bumping"

 

1)

If you're choosing a "community | zip code" that is unprotected (no stars next to the agent's name), you will replace that agent in our directory.
   
2)

If you're choosing a "community | zip code" that is protected (there are stars next to the agent's name), the only way to get listed is to "bump" your way in.
   
3)

To "bump" another agent out of your desired "community | zip code" -- you have to earn more stars than they have -- BEFORE we process your link request. 

   
4)

That is why it takes us three to six weeks to process link requests.

This page and the pages in the Realtor Directory only contain a "synopsis" of what earns you the stars.
